Although Demi was rushed to the hospital on Jan. 23 after convulsing and overdosing at her LA home, a source tells HollywoodLife.com that Demi has 'no plans' to check herself into a rehab facility!

Demi Moore doesn’t think her problems can be saolved in rehab. The 49-year-old actress is reportedly undergoing “spiritual counseling” but despite claims that Demi would check into a facility for her alleged substance abuse issues,including allegedly doing ‘whippets’, a source tells HollywoodLife.com that she has no plans to pack her bags and enter rehab.

“Demi needs help but she’s not ready to get it,” a source tells us. “She doesn’t want to check into rehab even though her daughters want her to, especially Rumer, who was at home and witnessed her convulsing Demi thinks her problems are emotional and that she doesn’t need rehab.” Ultra skinny Demi, whose weight has plummeted  is also allegedly suffering from anorexia.

E! reports that Demi is at an “undisclosed location” and that Tallulah and Rumer are staying with their dad Bruce Willis. Scout is staying put at Brown University.

Ashton Kutcher arrived back in LA on Jan. 27 after partying in Brazil with supermodels. We’re not sure if he’s by Demi’s side but he did change his Twitter profile to black and post a Facebook message about loyalty, trust, and greed.

Who needs a music career when you have a bustling movie career? Right, Justin Timberlake?

The singer has added another role to his growing docket of movies. He's next set to star alongside screen legend Clint Eastwood in "Trouble With the Curve." The guys will be joined by Amy Adams in the film, which revolves around an aging baseball scout (played by Eastwood) who goes on a road trip to Atlanta with his daughter (Adams) to check out a potential recruit.

Timberlake is set to play Eastwood's friend Johnny Flanagan, a former baseball player himself who is now a Yankees talent scout. Flanagan may also turn out to be Adams' potential love interest.

Eastwood will not be directing this project. That honor will go to his longtime producing partner, Robert Lorenz, making this his directorial debut, Variety reports.

Before Timberlake hits the set for this project, he's first slated to star in the Coen brothers' next film,"Inside Llewyn Davis." MTV News recently caught up with co-star Oscar Isaac, who shared his excitement about the project, which is set during the folk movement in New York City during the 1960's.

Though Timberlake won't be singing alongside Eastwood, he will get the chance to croon in the Coen brothers flick. The music is being written and produced by the likes of the Punch Brothers, T-Bone Burnett and Marcus Mumford. "It's folk from the '60s — old songs passed down for many generations — but new takes on them," Isaac said.

"Obviously we have the hindsight of now and so we kind of revisit these old songs. They're hopeful and beautiful and in contrast [to] the life of a folk singer, which is not very beautiful at all. It's very drab and dire. It's a screwball comedy."

Speaking after being told she had been axed from the next series of the show, the 49-year-old singer said, ‘I’ve learned through my longevity in this industry that business decisions often times override personal considerations.'

But she insisted she didn’t hold any grudges against her former boss.

‘Simon is, and will remain, a dear friend of mine,’ she added.

Cowell also got rid of host Steve Jones, 34, and 33-year-old judge Nicole Scherzinger.

He had some kind words for Abdul, with whom he had previously worked as a judge on American Idol.

‘You do develop friendships with the people you work with and Paula, in particular, is a very close friend and I expect to be working with her on another project in the near future,’ the 52-year-old claimed.

Cowell is now on the hunt for ‘bigger names’ to boost ratings, with Mariah Carey, Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj among those who have been tipped as possible replacements.

"Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki” Polizzi is not pregnant, she tells Fox411.

The pint-sized star said, “When I first heard it this morning, I thought everyone is thinking I’m fat or something,” she told us. “Like, am I gaining weight again? I’m not pregnant, so am I fat now? … There’s a lot of rumors.”

Snooki's response was to a report from Star magazine that she isexpecting her first child with boyfriend Jionni LaValle, according to an insider.

“She is pregnant and has only told her closest friends and some family,” an insider said.

The source also said the Polizzi, 24, has been hinting that she “has a big announcement coming."

Polizzi added to the speculation in a recent posting on her Twitter “Late night craving...yogurt hits the fricken spot ! Mmmmmm,” Polizzi tweeted on Jan. 25.

Snooki's rep told E! News that the report is false and that the MTV star is not pregnant.

But Star won't hear of it. According to the tabloid, Polizzi’s upcoming spin-off show with fellow “Shore” personality Jenni “JWoww” Farley is going to be in for changes due to her alleged pregnancy.

“[MTV] are having to redo the creative direction of her spin-off because of her pregnancy,” it was reported.

The spin-off also hit a snag yesterday after Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer denied a request for MTV to film in her city.
